Curb Appeal

Many potential buyers will drive by your home before even setting up an appointment to view the inside! An attractive yard that is free of debris will gain interest quickly! Some tips for increasing your curb appeal:

 

~Trim all tress and bushes

~Mow, trim and edge grass

~Turn sprinkler on before showing so the lawn sparkles

~Repair cracks in the driveway

~Hide garden hoses and tools

~Buy a new doormat for the front door

~Open closet doors (and declutter closets)

~Keep glass shower doors squeaky clean

~Remove gender specific features of a master bedroom, it should appeal to both males and females

~Update an old fireplace with a screen

~Stain or paint old kitchen cabinets
