Besides being a full time realtor, I am an active mother of two children. I love volunteering at my children's school and participate in various community charities. With every closed transaction, a portion is automatically donated to The Children's Miracle Network.

1. How long have you been in residential real estate? Is this your full-time job?

I have been in the business for over 17 years! Selling real estate is my full time job and I can't imagine doing anything else!


2. Can you recommend service providers who can help me obtain a mortgage, make home repairs, etc.?

Yes, I am more than happy to help provide and coordinate service providers for my clients. I pledge to help with your transaction from beginning to end which includes coordinating, facilitating and communicating with various service providers including but not limited to:

-Mortgage Lenders


-Home Inspectors

-Interior Designers



-Staging Companies


3. What designations do you hold?

I hold an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License and SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. In addition, my 17 years of experience have help build my knowledge base.


4. What type of specific marketing strategies will you use to sell my home?

After helping you choose the right price to list your home at, I can offer guidance to help you stage and prepare your home to sell. This helps market your home for those who view it. Your home will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service as well as displayed on many social media and other Internet websites. I have an active Facebook, Twitter, Blog and Website that all feature my listings.


5. How will you keep me informed about the progress of the transaction?

We will have consistent communication regarding every detail of the transaction from beginning to end. Daily updates on the market in your area will include a list of sold, new or price changes in your area. All feedback from agents who have shown your home will be emailed for your review. I feel it is very important for you to know the market you are trying to sell in and specific feedback from those who have viewed your home.
